Waterloo Capital has introduced Everstead, a dedicated private wealth and family office brand targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Headquartered in Atlanta’s Buckhead district, the new division merges three established services, family office administration, tax optimization, and investment management, into a unified operational framework.

The venture is spearheaded by Grayson Miller Dunaway, who will function as founder and managing partner. Beyond leading Everstead, she will contribute to Waterloo Capital’s broader growth in the Atlanta region. Dunaway’s background includes nearly 15 years in private wealth management, with prior leadership roles at Oxford Financial Group, a multi-family office overseeing more than $30 billion in assets, as well as tenures at Goldman Sachs and UBS.

Her areas of specialization include asset allocation strategies, tax-efficient structuring, and succession planning for business owners. The consolidated model replaces disjointed advisory arrangements by centralizing all client directives under one cohesive team, addressing investments, tax planning, estate administration, and family governance.

Everstead’s offerings are structured across four core domains: family office coordination (managing estate, tax, and multi-generational planning), tax strategy (encompassing investment structuring and wealth transfer solutions), capital allocation (handling institutional-grade portfolio management across public and private markets), and life-stage financial planning (guiding clients from wealth accumulation through retirement and legacy distribution).

Dunaway noted that client needs are continuously evolving and that the industry is struggling to keep pace, creating a gap in the marketplace that they aim to fill by redefining private wealth management and family office services.
